The services are provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
You can stop using the services whenever you want. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
